Divot Tool and Ball Marker Set Compatibility Guide
A divot tool and ball marker set needs more than matching logos — the parts must work as one assembly.
A divot tool and ball marker set needs more than matching logos. The tool, marker and any magnetic or mechanical attachment must be reviewed as one assembly so the supplied pieces locate, release and remain together as specified.
Define the Interface
Supply the tool drawing and marker drawing or the actual mating parts. Mark the seat, marker thickness, available clearance, attachment arrangement and removal direction. Confirm the final assembled dimensions after finishing; do not rely on nominal diameter alone.
Review Finish Allowances
Identify contact surfaces and the areas for plating, enamel, printing or engraving. Review how the selected finish affects fit and handling. Use an approved paired sample to define the appearance and function, and specify any required retention method and acceptance value separately.
Keep Each Pair Matched
Link both components to the same approved artwork and version list. During inspection and packing, check the correct marker is paired with its tool, the attachment works as agreed and the pieces are protected. Mixed logo versions or sets require an approved allocation list.
Send a Paired-Set Brief
Provide the quantity per design, drawings or samples for both parts, finish references, branding and packaging requirements. CS reviews the suitable route, tooling, samples and order terms. No standard fit or magnetic force is assumed for every set.
