What a ball marker does

A golf ball marker identifies the position of a ball before it is lifted. It is a separate object, not a mark printed on the ball. Golfers may carry a small coin-style marker or a marker that fits a clip or divot tool. For custom orders, specify the marker and any holder together.

Compare the format before the artwork

A flat coin-style marker gives a simple front and back artwork brief. A marker intended for a magnetic holder also needs an agreed seating and retention arrangement. Send a drawing or a reference sample before a manufacturing route is chosen.

Write a complete marker specification

Record the overall shape, dimensions, thickness, front and back artwork, finish, quantity per design and packaging. If the marker fits an existing holder, provide the holder dimensions or a sample. A photograph can explain the appearance but does not establish finished fit or retention.

Approve the sample as an assembly

Review the artwork at actual size. Check the marker outline, finished appearance and any holder fit against the approved drawing. Agree the inspection requirements before production.

Order quantities and timing

Custom orders start from 100 pcs per design, with price breaks at 500 pcs and 1,000+ pcs. Sampling and tooling together take 7–15 working days. Artwork takes 3–5 working days if CS creates the design. Bulk production takes 20–35 working days from payment, depending on quantity and finish. Shipping is quoted separately.
