Buying Guide
Every divot tool, ball marker, hat clip and bag tag we make starts from your artwork. We do not sell ready-made designs. This checklist covers what to send so we can review your design and confirm shape, size, finish and mating parts before any tooling.
1. Send a vector file
Send your logo as a vector file (AI, PDF or SVG) with text converted to outlines, and also send the text as plain text. A high-resolution image can start the discussion, but the design is cast from vector artwork.
2. Leave room for fine lines and small text
Fine lines and small text need room on a small part such as a ball marker. We review size against your design and suggest where lines or lettering should be thickened or simplified.
3. Mark the colors

4. Choose plating and engraving
Antique gold and antique silver darken recesses so relief reads from a distance; bright gold and silver give a clean, high-contrast look; dual plating combines two finishes on one piece. Laser or CNC engraving can add serial numbers or fine surface detail where required.
5. Tell us how it will be used
A ball marker that pairs with a hat clip magnet, or a divot tool that holds a marker, must match its mating part. Tell us the diameter, thickness or clearance needed, and send the mating part or its drawing.
6. Approve the proof, then the sample
We review your artwork and confirm shape, size, finish and mating parts before tooling. Finish appearance is agreed against the approved sample, and every order is checked against it before packing and dispatch.
