Custom divot tools, ball markers and gift sets are made to order, so the tournament date sets the schedule. Put the in-hand date in your quote request and we plan tooling, sampling and production backwards from it, and tell you at quotation stage whether the date works.
The stages and how long each takes

How to use the table
Start from the date the gifts must be in your hands. Count back shipping, mass production, sample approval and tooling. If the result is earlier than today, tell us; we will say what can change, such as a simpler design or a different packing.
Decisions that save time
- Send vector artwork, so we do not need to create the design.
- Decide the packing early: poly bag, backing card or gift box.
- Approve the sample quickly.
- Reorders of the same design reuse the mold, so no new tooling time.
