Golf Gift Set Planning: Components and Packing

A custom golf gift set starts with a controlled list of components and a clear packing plan.

A custom golf gift set starts with a controlled list of components. CS reviews sets assembled from supported divot tools, ball markers, hat clips and bag tags. The set specification must identify what goes in each pack and how the parts are matched; it is not a promise to manufacture golf balls, clubs or bags.

Build the Component List

List each component, its approved drawing or artwork version and the quantity included in one set. State which pieces must fit together and whether different recipient groups need different combinations. Review the individual pieces and the assembled set before production.

Approve Appearance Together

Specify colour references, plated areas and surface direction for every component. Review the samples side by side, especially where the substrates differ. A shared finish name does not define acceptable colour or gloss variation; acceptance follows the approved sample and order requirements.

Define Packing and Allocation

Provide the packing arrangement, component positions, labels and quantities for each destination or recipient group. Identify surfaces, tips and removable parts that need protection. For personalised names or numbers, use one approved data list and check that products and packaging remain correctly paired.

Request a Set Review

Send the component list, quantity per version, artwork, packing direction and required arrival date. Sampling, tooling, production and delivery milestones are confirmed after review. Keep event-planning dates separate from product acceptance criteria.
